About the tool
Amoo Ventures scanner ("the tool") is a private, internal keyword-research tool operated by Amoo Ventures. It uses the Google Ads API to research keywords for Amoo Ventures' own advertising.
Who may use it
The tool is used only by its owner. It is not offered to the public, and no third party is granted access to it.
Google services
Use of the tool is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Keyword data and estimates come from Google and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
